Applications are open October 1 through November 28, 2026.

Parent-Only Shopping Experience
Beginning in 2025, our primary distribution method is a parent-only shopping experience.
Approved applicants will receive a scheduled 15-minute appointment to walk through our warehouse inventory and select gifts for their children. Available gifts will depend on inventory at the time of the appointment.
A Toys for Tots volunteer will contact you via email when your application is ready to be finalized and your appointment can be scheduled. You will receive a time and location to complete the application process or collect your gifts.
Pre-Packed Gifts for Special Circumstances Only
A limited number of families may receive pre-packed gifts due to special circumstances. This option:
- Requires advance approval from the campaign coordinator.
- Is processed in the order applications are received.
- Depends on the inventory available when the gifts are packed.
Children Are Not Permitted in the Warehouse
Except for registered youth volunteers, children are not allowed in the warehouse during any part of application processing, shopping, or pickup.
Please arrange childcare before your appointment.
Do Not Miss Your Appointment
You must attend your self-scheduled shopping or pickup appointment. If you miss it, your application will be denied.
You may reapply only if the application period is still open.
Physical Identification Is Required
You must bring your physical government-issued ID or passport.
- The name on your identification must match the name entered on your application.
- Photos, screenshots, photocopies, and digital images of identification will not be accepted.
- No exceptions will be made.
Please confirm that all information is correct before submitting your application.
Your phone number must be added using Dashes no brackets I.E. 208-###-####. If you do not put the dashes, you will not move to the confrimation page, you will not recieve the confirmation e-mail and your application was not submitted.
